Hispanic Heritage Month A Time to Highlight Hispanic Youth in Foster Care

National Hispanic Heritage Month, observed from September 15 to October 15, celebrates the rich cultural heritage, history and contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans. While this month-long event recognizes the influence of Hispanic communities, it’s also an opportunity bring focus to Hispanic children in foster care in Arizona in the foster care system.
